well, again with the new jobs and new homes. i've finally got a much larger place to live and a room that i will eventually turn into a studio once we're done unpacking.

maybe i should just make this an annual journal?

jobs have changed, homes have changed, attitudes have changed, and DAMN do i need to get a larger apartment so i can have a proper studio. or at least a second bedroom to store my stuff.

i'm working on more bone paintings that i need to finish up and photograph. silver-lined hands fused at the thumb, gold-lined skulls with possible flowers in the background. i'm experimenting a bit more with transfer techniques, too. hopefully back ito sculpture one day, as well.

after my computer crashed and i lost all of my bookmarks, i forgot to re-add DA. until i remembered around 3 a.m. one night/morning when i got up to pee. things pop into my head when the sun sleeps.

so i found it all again, read my 7000 messages, and made a few profile changes. i got some books on bones the other day and i'm going to start painting them again. i also got a laptop, so that will aide in maybe keeping my account up to spec.

i haven't posted oin a long while. about a month ago, i moved from manchester, uk back to new jersey, usa. i'm awaiting the arrival of my art supplies (by boat) and sitting tight with my camera, a sketchbook, and some markers until then.

i've got some visions in my mind about some small clay sculptures extending on the theme of my ink-bone paintings. now that i'm working again though, my next paycheck will get that whole thing started.

i've also got to find my camera's battery charger so i can go out and shoot some more lover-ly tree photos. i'm back in my element and familar location. this is the area in which i shot my first tree film. i know these trees and the nature of this area. i can't wait to see what has changed.

madonna is on teevee. she is shit.

i haven't been this drunk in awhile. i have had a bottle of white wine in just a couple of hours and i have to work tomorrow. i am not one to ever call out of work, but i kind of want to continue drinking, so i still might.

i have a lot of fun at home with my boyfriend, so i am sad that after i move back home, we'll just be transatlantic friends. he's keeping our bunny. i'm letting him, because i don't want him to be lonely.

i can't wait to start doing local arts stuff in philly when i get back home.
